Hi! I'm Cheyenne. I discovered my love for dog training through a disability internship program. I started out doing receptionist and kennel work, but soon I was shadowing trainers, helping in classes, and working with rescue dogs, and I knew this was my passion.
I'm a certified trainer through Animal Behavior College (ABCDT), specializing in fear-free positive methods.
Being autistic, dog training isn't just a career for me, it's my special interest. It helps me notice the little things and give every dog extra care and focus.
My background in disability advocacy shapes my approach too. I value patience, clear communication, and meeting each learner, human or dog, exactly where they're at.
I've always had a special connection with animals. Even when people didn't understand me, animals did. Now, I am honored to help families build that same bond, teaching dogs and their people how to understand each other better.

The name is a tribute to my dad, who rode motorcycles his whole life. It's inspired by the biker phrase "Two wheels down," which riders say to wish each other a safe journey. By naming my business Two Paws Down, I honor his memory and carry a piece of him forward, while also celebrating the safe, positive journeys I guide dogs and their families on.
